We love Innocent. They're marketing is a perfect example of how a brand can build its personality for next to nothing - through great products and packaging and a relentless focus on their point of view.
Their emails are also a great example of a brand dialogue - always fun, always interesting. And the latest includes a video sent in by a customer. Its a great example of consumer generated content and we expect to see more of this as brand advocates realise they can get their 15 minutes of fame by bigging up a brand - as proven by Burger King
The guy who did this is quite an astute marketer as he realises good content should always try to start a dialogue - the last frame invites people to visit a website - which is actually his myspaces page.- where he promotes his music.
What could you ask your customers to do for your brand? And how could you fuel this?
